Cascade + Bond of Agony

what happens if I cascade into Bond of Agony ?? Can I cast it where I make the life payment 20 without paying the mana portion of it?

When you cascade into something then you get to cast it for free. Casting X spells for free means that X is zero and the additional cost in Bond of Agony is to pay X life. This means you'll pay 0 life and each other player will loose 0 life.
