can you stack on Liliana of the dark realm's ultimate ablity?

can i use Liliana of the Dark Realms 's ultimate -6 ability to tap for 8 mana instead of 4?

no. you're swamps would have

Tap: add a B

Tap: add BBBB

Tap: add BBBB

yes. swamps all have 'Tap: Add a B to your mana pool.'

The Liliana emblem would give them 'Tap: Add BBBB to your mana pool' IN ADDITION to the regular tap for one mana, not replacing the effect. So you can either tap for BBBB or just B
