if i get a creature with modular 1 and next turn it dies so i put the +1+1 counter on another creature with modular 1 and it dies since it had one modular added from the one before can o put 2 modulars on another target artifact?

Yes. Modular allows you to move all +1/+1 counters on the source creature, regardless of how they were put there.

The Modular ability lets you move +1/+1 counters, and it doesn't matter whether those counters came from the creature's own Modular ability, another creature's Modular ability, or something else entirely.

Let's say you use Ordeal of Thassa to get some extra +1/+1 counters on your Arcbound Worker . All of those counters can be moved to another artifact creature when the Worker dies.

Yes, just remember this is only for +1/+1 counters. If an effect gives +X/+X and doesn't specifically say it uses "counters" then it doesn't use counters.
