Can you gain 4 life through Oloro

So using Oloro, Ageless Ascetic you gain 2 life at the beginning of you upkeep standard. But at the bottom of the card it says at the beginning of your upkeep if Oloro is in the command zone you gain 2 life.
So putting it blunty do these stack and you gain 4 life at the begining of your upkeep if Oloro is in the command zone
Also important to note, therefore, that the middle ability, the one allowing you to draw a card and cause life loss when you gain life ALSO only functions while Oloro is on the battlefield. Not that it stops him from being frigging amazing anyway.

Yeah I new the middle ability only triggered when on the battlefield. But thanks anyway for clearing it all up for me. He is a great commander and having some real fun with this deck when I'm not shut down by my friends Rakdos deck with it's no gain life enchantments...

No. Unless otherwise specified, abilities of permanent cards function only while those cards are permanents (i.e. while they're on the battlefield). That's why Oloro, Ageless Ascetic has two lifegain abilities - one for the battlefield and one for the command zone.
