Can I play Ulvenwald Mysteries in Yasova Dragonclaw edh?

Yasova is temur colored, and Mysteries is green, however, it makes white tokens. Does this prevent me from playing it?

No. You can play that card in a Yasova deck. Cards that reference a color by name don't count that towards color identity. Only when the color symbol is present in the text does it apply.
