Can I kill my oppenent by reflecting damage of his commander ?

My oppenent have a commander who have 21 of power. He attacks me. I pop Reflect damagae. Will he lose the game ?

Taking 21 damage from any Commander, including your own, will cause you to lose. In the situation you describe, your opponent is out of the game.

As long as the source of the damage (their general) and the type of damage (combat damage) don't change, your effect will work. Since Reflect Damage changes neither of these things, it works.

i thought in commander you had 40 life?

You do. But one of the mains rules of EDH is that 21 general damage from a single general kills you.
