Can I Cipher a Ciphered spell?

So when you cast the copy of a ciphered spell do you use that cipher ability again? If so I think It makes it a broken mechanic.

No, you cannot Cipher a Ciphered spell. I'm on phone, so not checking, but Cipher is worded along the lines of "Then exile this CARD encoded..."

Copies of spells are not cards, therefore you cannot exile the card, and cannot Cipher the copy.

Also, a copy of a spell that isn't represented by a physical card ceases to exist after it leaves the stack, kind of like how a token stops existing after it leaves the battlefield.
