I see that they are Soldiers, I'm asking are they Human Soldiers. Human doesn't fit on the card, I'm wondering if its in the Oracle text or not.

To my knowledge they are not. I've never seen a signal token that is something other than exactly what it says on the given card. The texts look pretty similar to me, as well.
Card Text: +2: You gain 1 life for each creature you control.-2: Put three 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield.-5: Destroy all other permanents exceptfor lands and tokens.
Oracle Text: +2: You gain 1 life for each creature you control.-2: Put three 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield.-5: Destroy all other permanents except for lands and tokens.Sorry if I came off looking like a smart ass. :P

The effect making the tokens says "Soldier". Since it does not say "Human Soldier", they are not human. The tokens only creature type is Soldier.
