Activated ability?

Does the Rally trigger on Grovetender Druids offer an activated ability? My buddy is trying to name Grovetender Druids via his Sorcerous Spyglass but were in a disagreement as to whether the ability is a legitimate "activated ability" cuz there is no colon.
That's what I kept telling him. Thanks Tylord2894 for making me look like I know what I'm talking about :D

All activated abilities are written "[Cost] : [Stuff]". There is no colon here, so this is not an activated ability.
Rather, this is a triggered ability that let's you pay a cost. The give-away words for triggered abilities are "when", "whenever", and "at". This entire Rally ability is just a triggered ability.
