Why can't I change the email address assciated with my account?

Title says it. I can't find the option to change my email. Would appreciate some help. Surely this site has a way to do it.

Okay thanks. Can you tell me how to access the contact forms? Is it in "Forum" or "Community" or somewhere else? Thanks for the quick reply.
