how do you pick the art?

When I put my deck list into the deck editor how do you choose what set to pull the art from or how can you pick the promo (textless) card?

When listing each card in the decklist, you put the set abbreviation in single brackets after it. For example,
1x Card Name [SET]
Each set is abbreviated in three letters.
As for textless cards, I've been looking how to do that (how I found this post) but still no answers have come up.
