can i just donate by sending in cash because i dont have a paypal and its complicated and i dont really want to explain if i dont have to. For me, this would be the easiest way to do this, and if it were ok, maybe i could just upgrade my account and send the cash to yeaGO! or some address that could put into a paypal for me...
is anyone willing to do this for me? I was thinking i could send the cash to them and they could put it into a paypal for me.
He's probably too young to have a paypal or something...
If so, can you not ask your parents?
Otherwise I agree, it does sound a little suspect.

I think he just wants to be able to set up a trade binder and is under the impression that you need to upgrade to do so.

Actually, I was upgraded through fireteam in the same manner as STG is explaining. It may be a viable option.

no you do not. you have to be a member of any kind for over 2 months. that is why you can't add a binder

You can set up a paypal account using a checking account, you don't need a credit card.

Actually, it probably is somewhere. The change is pretty recent because we has some people that like to rip others off show up. This limits their ability to do so. Just stick around and be active. Enjoy your stay while you wit to be able to trade..
