So when M15 comes out I do understand how the Return to Ravnica Block will be out (RTR, GTC, DGM) but will M14 be legal until Khans? Help please

The Return to Ravnica block, along with M14, will be legal until Khans releases.

No.

We will have RTR, M14, Theros, and M15.

When Khans is released, we will lose RTR and M14.
