Add these to your buddlist and open trades with them. It can take many many tries sometimes to get in a bot but keep trying!

Bot- Freecardbot - 64 free cards, one time. Mostly commons

Bot - MTGOtradersfreebot - 64 free cards a month. A mix of commons and some uncommons.

Bot - Academyquizbot - Answer trivia questions for 3 free cards. I believe this is weekly even if you fail you have to wait until next week. Make sure to have google ready for a quick search. It is timed.

Chain of bots go to marlonmtgo.com Marlon bots, you can find them at Marlonmtgo.com. Marlon bot credit is transferred through all bots. They also have giveaways. Every 10 dollars you spend you get 1 entry into a contest each month with the jackpot being 500 tix which is 500 dollars esentially.

Bot - Alphabot3 - A very well known bot with around 65,000 cards to choose from.

Bot - Tina16 - One of the bots I know that will buy cards for tix. Note to new players, don't sell right away. Build the collection.

Chain of bot owners go to mtgolibrary.com. Mtgolibrary.com allows you to check the cheapest card price in all of the mtgolibrary bots.

Other websites give streaming minute by minute card prices. Check em out.

There you have it folks. These are all pretty well known bots and some decent ones at that.

There is a fine line between a cheap bot and a popular bot. Cheap bots have cheap card prices but the credit stored in the bot may not be usable in another bot. Popular bots are average price cards but may allow you to use the credit in another bot.

Hope this helps you new players.

Everyone on MTGO should religiously use mtgowikiprice.com/

makes it easy to find the cheapest price to buy

although I've found that buying and selling from actual people can be slightly better, they'll usually sell for cheaper than bots and buy for more (usually just rounding up or down, just gotta make sure on the final trade screen that the deal is how you want it to be

it works that way because in the end that person is also coming out better than they would be dealing with a bot

I like Marlonbot, if I need to have the cards right the hell now and don't beg/borrow/trade/steal from a person. They give significant discounts if you buy store credit in bulk, and occasionally just give away tons of credit if you're a big buyer. Marlonmtgo.com

Hey, I'm wondering if I can get help. Freecardbot never accepts the trade and I don't know why. Have you guys dealt with this?

Natemacfad. Freecardbot will aceept the trade. The only problem is ITS FREE CARDS. Everyone wants in there at the same time. I have opening a trade with Freecardbot and MTGOtradersfreebot over 100 times in a row without stopping and still haven't gotten int there. Other times I can log on and open a trade instantly. Keep trying and if you really cant get anywhere than try in the wee hours of the morning. Warning, freecardbot only allows you to take 64 free cards 1 single time.

Marlon Bot is only 6% discount 100 tix for 94 bucks? Not enough to make me spend 100 dollars and not that great of a deal.

natemacfad, I'm also having the same issue. I can get into a trade, pick out 64 commons, and then the bot simply doesn't do anything... until the trade times out.Does anyone know what is up with freecardbot?

Are you typing in "done" when you are done with the trade?

Yes, and it just sits there. Of course, as of late, I haven't seen that bot up any more...oh well, I was hoping to nab some Modern/Legacy commons from it :P
