Unglued lands in Modern

Modern forum

I currently have my Modern deck pimped out with some Zendikar full art mountains, but I was wondering if my deck would look weird if I put my Unglued mountains in instead. My modern deck has all modern card bordered cards in it so would the Unglued mountains in the original card border look too different to go with the deck? My deck is mono red if that helps.

I don't understand the question.

I have my modern deck with all modern card bordered cards in it. Would the deck look weird if my deck had some original magic bordered cards in it. Would they stick out and look weird?

That is a question you must answer yourself. My opinion is that, no, it wouldn't look too weird, but I love that tap symbol. I know others who don't like the unglued lands at all. so they would say zendikar others would argue unhinged is the best. Choose what you want.

What he said. This is a taste question, and everyone has different taste.

Unhinged lands are so expensive

Unglued lands aren't super cheap, either.

Zendikar lands are pretty cheap, and they maintain the Modern border style and resemble the Unglued frames.

I prefer unhinged, followed by unglued, then zendikar basics in my decks. Sadly I have a pathetically small collection of the un-lands so mostly I just run zens.

Unhinged and Zendikar all the way, but to answer the original question no I don't think Unglued lands would look weird. Even using Alpha or Beta basic lands looks good with modern format
