U/B Ninjutsu Deck

Hello,

I made a U/B Ninjutsu Deck, and I want to know what you guys think:

Ninjas

2x Higure, the Still Wind

1x Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni

2x Mistblade Shinobi

4x Ninja of the Deep Hours

2x Throat Slitter

Creatures

4x Ornithopter

2x Triton Shorestalker

2x Dimir Infiltrator

3x Sage Owl

2x Inkfathom Witch

Lands

7x Island

4x Swamp

1x Shizo, Death's Storehouse

2x Faerie Conclave

3x Drowned Catacomb

3x Temple of Deceit

Spells

3x Ghostform

3x Sleep

2x Turn Aside

2x Rewind

2x Mana Leak

2x Go for the Throat

Equipment

2x Quietus Spike

My goal is to bring the ninjas on the table with Ninjutsu and then make them unblockable. Is Deepchannel Mentor a must have for thsi deck?

And what about those cards?

Thassa, God of the Sea

Abyssal Persecutor

Kira, Great Glass-Spinner

Have you any tips for the sideboard or the deck in general?
