Please help with the prerelease! (Newbie)

Hello, I had been playing magic since a couple of years ago.. But only casual with my friends... I'm moving to Panama... and I want to play in the battle for zendikar prerelease... it's my first prerelease and my first turnament... so i'm kind of lost here... someone can give me some ideas and advices? what kind of combinations should i try in the tournament... and how it's gonna be the mechanics in it? whatever you can say to help me is good for me! Thanks!
