unfortunately the format is incorrect, it should be 3 packs of each rather than 4 of FRF and 2 of KTK

The format Ottomund has IS correct. 1 seeded, 4 FRF, 1 Khans.

it looks like Whisk Away is entered as a rare, is that a mistake?

I fixed the "Normal" pool to be 3 KTK and 3 FRF a few days ago. Also - you were correct AceFlame - Whisk Away was set as rare accidentally. It is fixed now.

Noooo! Change it back! Wizards has confirmed that it IS in fact 4 FRF 1 KTK and 1 Seeded Booster! Really love this sim, just wish it was accurate!

Actually, in normal pool (not prerelease) it is 3 and 3.
