Building an Unhinged Cube!

I'm super excited! This format seemed incredibly fun, and a cube of it seems like it would be very enjoyable and something different. I am setting the cube up in a 6-3-1 common to uncommon to rare ratio, and will fix packs myself so they will be like a normal booster pack (Ie. 11 commons, 3 uncommons and 1 rare). Have any of you done anything similar to this, if so how did it work out?

I say go Unglued/Unhinged, and do 30 rares, which would be 180-90-30 if I did my math correctly. That's 300 total, and there's-

I did my research, and there's only 235 cards between the sets. So, that won't work, unless you add 65 mana fixing lands. So, maybe 120-60-20? That let's you leave out 35 cards.

Or you could run two of each card, which would put the size of the cube at 470, allowing up to 10 people to draft at a time.
