New gods (And why they might not have weapons)

We all know that there are going to most likely be new multicoloured gods in the next two sets (Born of the gods and Journey into Nyx) and that the current gods have weapons. But that does not mean the other 'smaller' gods will. I say smaller be in a recent Daily MTG article by Mark Rosewater he quoted:
"We then went back to the creative team and said, "Could all the major gods have a special item, please?" "
Notice how he says MAJOR GODS have a special item. This can mean one of two things:
A: There will be more than fifteen gods (5 mono-coloured, 10 dual-coloured ) and the rest (Most likely tri-coloured gods) will be tiny and not have weapons
or
B: The ten dual-coloured gods won't have weapons
or (And hopefully)
C: The design team will just give the new gods weapons.
Of course, A is not very likely because Wizards are not trying to push for multicolured decks and having more than 15 gods? That would be way too many.
Tell me what you think.

I think there'll be dual-colour enchantment equipment, but made in a way so that mono-colour decks can still use it, since they didn't get to make guild equipments in RTR

Mark Rosewater has said that there are 15 gods in Theros: the five Major gods that represent the five main colors of magic, and ten Minor gods that represent the 10 two-color combinations. So A is just not happening. I wouldn't be upset if the Minor gods had weapons, but I doubt that they would.
As an aside, I wouldn't be like tri-colored gods. I feel like they would just be add-ons and not have any significance w/respect to the Major gods and Minor gods.
