MTGO password reset help

Has anybody else tried resetting their MTGO account password and had the form just freeze and not allow them to change their password? I'm having this issue and can't find anything online to fix it.

I did shortly after posting this. I just wanted to see if there was a quick fix somebody may have known while waiting on their response.
