I need a good way to do proxies, anyone have suggestions on how to do it?
Or, you can just give how you do it...
Its a question a lot of people face so I was wondering if anyone had advise to share?
I do it all the time, as online solutions generally do not shuffle the way a real deck does, so I playtest it in proxy form for a couple of weeks before buying/trading for the cards.

I do the same thing as fireteam but i use google images. Never thought of actually finding a site to mass print proxies. :P

What I like to do is use the card + print + sleeve combo to play around, but print out cards from a Microsoft Word template where the cards are set exactly to scale.
It looks prettier that way!

Best way is to print out a picture of the card and put it into a sleeve with a land. Other than that, find a basic land you're not using in the deck and write on it the details of the proxy, p/T, CMC, types and mechanics.

i just write the name of the card on a flip card checklist, but im ghetto like that i guess. i mean c'mon if its a proxy its obviously a card that is too expensive to buy so therefore everyone knows what it does just by its name.

"if its a proxy its obviously a card that is too expensive to buy"
Dunno, I've proxied 10 cent cards before if I'm missing any. One time I proxied basic lands because I wasn't anywhere near home and a friend wanted to try something out. As mentioned above online playtesting doesn't always shuffle cards around properly so I do whatever I need to do to playtest everything.
What I usually do is print out proxies from Magiccards.info (they're a good size) and slip them into sleeves that already have cards inside. If I'm lazy I use permanent marker and write the name of the card on another card. Those useless booster pack inserts are good for this (tip cards, etc).

You can always use this easy tool.

Put a common/land/tips and tricks tokens into a sleeve, and the printed out card in front of it.
visit http://magiccards.info for proxies... at the bottom, after searching, and finding a card, you can click "add proxies," and then print all of them out when you're done.
