Off centre revised dual land

Wondering if a off center dual land could be considered a misscut if it is way off center?

Most revised cards are off-centered. Miscut back then meant that you could see multiple cards, such as this

That is not counted as a "miscut" due to you not being able to see the other cards of the sheet on the same card. But fact of the day I learned it's ruled that which ever card you see more of is what the card is classified as but the ruling is actually which ever card you can see the title of is declared the actual card.

Someone gave me double for it :) I was going to keep it because I picked up another scrubland but the offer was to good to pass up. Both parties where happy. And I ended up trading him the other scrub.
