Getting Bulk Commons and Uncommons

Usually my budget decks have a couple of dollar rares then some better mythics, but I was wondering, what is a good way to get bulk commons and uncommons? Most of my decks go up in price because the shipping costs more than the cards themselves. So, know a good way to get them?

In any case, I've found some cheap commons and uncommons via TCGPlayer. The only issue being you have to order $1.00 or more from one vendor so they'll ship them.

Another way is to ask your LGS if they have a 'bulk' box. Many do and you may be able to get some cards for pretty cheap.

Moved.

Yet another means of getting C/U is to talk to drafters and ask if they'll donate/trade their C/U to you after drafts are done.

Epoch has it right there. After I've done a few drafts of a set, all my commons are unneeded and I donate em.

Hit up your local game store and check if they have a common/uncommon box, most do and you can pick up commons usually for 10 cents each and uncommons for 25 cents, prices depend on the stores.

As suggested by others most drafters don't care about their commons/uncommons and either leave them sitting somewhere (make sure to ask before taking) or donate them to newer players, etc.

You could buy re-packed booster boxes for fairly cheap and get bulk commons and uncommons that way (if you need a bunch from a particular set).

I ordered a 1000 pack off Amazon and I believe they were all innistrad and up. I've read bad reviews and great reviews. Mine cost 15 bucks so .015 per common isn't bad
