With the news that fetches will be able to be pulled from Fate Reforged http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/fetching-look-fate-reforged-2014-12-24 we know that the floor has not been seen for non-foil fetches. what are your guys thoughts on foils though?
Should they be sold or kept?
Keep. They are gonna rise when they are not opened anymore.
If you need the money now, sell them. You are not gonna get rich keeping them.

My understanding is that there will not be any foil fetches in FRF, so if you're looking at foils exclusively, they're probably safe.
They're certain to go up and stay up when they stop being opened because they're imperative to almost any successful Modern deck's mana base, and Modern players like shiny things, so...

Even if you could pull a foil fetch from FRF (I don't believe you can), there wouldn't be enough inserted to change the value of them. I really don't think it will change the value of non foil KTK fetches, not much anyway.

KrosanTusker it's not just Modern, believe me. Everybody wants fetches-commander, legacy, and standard as well as modern lol

This is true, but post-rotation, Standard has no impact and I would imagine that a lot of Legacy players are heavily enfranchised players who already own the Onslaught printings. I don't know if these reprints have drawn a lot of people into Legacy, but I would imagine that Modern has a much more significant impact on prices.
It is certainly true to say that every player wants fetches!

Honestly, if the setup is anything like DGM, the reprints won't affect the price of either the foils or the nonfoils. You have a very slim chance of pulling a fetch from a FRF pack (based on current assumptions). The practical result is that supply will receive a slight boost, but value won't change because the overall supply is still around the same level.
Foil fetches are a stable asset. You don't need to offload them if you don't feel compelled to do so.
