BFZ Fat Pack Lands

What do people think the short and long term value of the sealed thing of 80 lands that come with a fat pack are for BFZ? Obviously these full arts won't reach original Zendikar prices at around $1.00 each, and this set will be opened a loooooot, but even if long term they reach 0.40 - 0.50, then you could potentially make all your money back from the fat pack selling its sealed land pack. Maybe I'm completely wrong though! What do you guys think?

Ehh you might be right. I get a fat pack every set anyways just because I like to collect the boxes and card indexes and stuff, and was just wondering if it was worth leaving the land set sealed. I guess the real value, at least immediately, will be in foil basics.

Mind if I jump in here real quick with a question? I have a sealed set of full art basics from worldwake that my friend is dying to grab in a trade, my question is, how much should I value it at?

Jesus...
But yes, you'll probably have to sit on them for a few years to break even.

EBay prices are whacked. People want to over price their stuff on ebay, yet a lot of the people who buy off ebay are stingy

fat packs are going to be released so heavily that these lands are not going to be worth too much more than a regular basic land.
the foils on the other hand................those will be worth a lil more

These basics are gonna flood the market hard and it will probably be at least 2-3 years before they're worth near a dollar. The foils are what you wanna buy and trade for now if you plan on holding them years down the road.

So fat packs seem to be sold out everywhere. My LGS is telling me there may not be more released, and target and walmart can't tell me anything either. Anyone with insider info know if bog box stores will get them back? This feels like Mind Seize all over again.

I would never consider buying a pack (all 80) for more than $3 in the next 3 years. If you think it's worth it to have a fat pack in your closet for 5 years, then go for it, good for you buddy, but there's no reason to hoard these because there's going to be just so many of them. Like, they'll be in every feature table deck on every stream ever for the next three years. But if you think that it's worth it, do whatever you like.
