tiny leader/halfmander format

Are there people here familiar with the upcoming format "tiny leader" or "halfmander"?It's similar to commander with but only 50 cards and only cards with converted cost 3 or les are allowed. it's also meant for 1v1.this is the deck I build and I'm looking for some feedback and advice.
