Standard Delirium Deck

I'm currently building a Delirium deck, and I'm just looking to see if I could get some help and suggestions for the deck. There isn't a sideboard yet. I want to try and find an efficient way to get delirium and then use delirium's effects to give my deck the edge. That is why I run a playset of soul swallowers. B/G Delirium Standard Deck (Budget)
