Making the deck competitor-good

Kaalia of the Vast (Angel Tribal)

This is my current EDH deck. I finally shelled out for the Fetch,Dual and Original Dual Lands as well as the rocks that the "pro players use".

The feedback I am looking for are steps to take to make this deck competitor level. Can some cards go? Is there something much better than what I have listed?

My only constraint is that this deck is a strict Angel Tribal. I have a current re animator theme, but if something would be vastly superior I won't hesitate to change. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
