Koth w/dragons deck help and suggestions

I would like help with this deck and any suggestions about any changes to it. Basically it is a burn deck that by turn 4 or 5 I can hopefully have Kargan at lvl 8. The dragonmaster outcast are not played until turn 6 so the opponent only has 1 turn to get rid of them. Unless he plays white/blue. Then I play them as soon as possible to avoid counters. So far it has been a DAMN good deck but I feel like it is missing something. Ive won 1st place in my local card shop the past 3 weeks and I am going for my 4th week but I almost lost to Elves. I was hoping to add some Pyroclasms bu I dont know what to take out.

Any help would be appreciated and I would love some help on making a sideboard. Suggestions please
