Does Isolation Cell's "2 mana or 2 life" effect stack?

Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, Isolation cell's ability will trigger and be put on the stack on top of that creature spell.

Stack as in "go on the stack" or "multiple Isolation Cell s all apply their effects".

Either way, the answer is yes. Whenever a player casts a creature spell, all of that player's opponents' Isolation Cells will trigger and go on the stack in APNAP (active player, next active player...) order.

This is more of a Q&A question, too.
