Help With My Decks?

I have two decks that I am concerned about. One deck that I have built (the WU Spirit deck) and one that I want to build (WB Lifelink). I am looking for some criticism of the WU deck and suggestions for the WB deck.

The WU deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/spirit-swarm-3/) is quite good, but it feels rather clunky and my opening hands aren't always as good as I want them to be. I am thinking of removing the Drogskol Reavers and maybe adding in more lands, but I'm already at 24. Suggestions and criticisms are most certainly welcome. As for the WB deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/life-in-exile-2/), this is a very rough draft that I just put together. I am wanting to make a fast and aggressive lifelink deck with white and black. I have no idea what does and does not work, though. I really like the 3-CMC creatures I have as well as the enchantments, but I don't know about the rest. Any suggestions would be amazing.
