First Tiny Leaders Deck - Radha

Hi, all! There's a thriving Tiny Leaders scene at my local shop, and I'm working on my first deck for the format: Radha, Tiny Heir.

My questions are pretty open-ended and basic. Is this a functional deck? Does the mana base seem reliable? Are there any glaring problems with it that I might be missing, being new to the format?
