Custom Cards Add To Deck

I'm working on adding custom cards to some decks for an online tabletop game I'm running. I think I've got my cards uploaded from MSE correctly, but whenever I add the cards to a custom deck, the card is marked as Unknown. Is there some step I'm missing?
