I have been working on a new set, and these are the 4-color legends cycle I have.
A couple seem a little too good and some seem very underpowered but overall good design

To make Noval more balanced, maybe change it to 'You draw 3 cards and target opponent discards three cards at random.'

Noval seems redicously overpowered.. 7 mana 5/5 hexproof lifelink, draw 3 and your opponent will probably have to sac at least 5-10 permanents. It would be balanced if You were the one who had to sac ;)
