Is there an Online version of Commander yet?

This might sound like a dumb question but here goes.
I used to play Yugioh until the end of last year, and there is this thing called DuelingNetwork. For those of you who don't know, it's a free online site where people can build their decks from a database of basically every card in print existence and play against one another with them. While it's mostly a manual style of gameplay in that no actions (aside from the beginning of turn draw) are done automatically by the engine, I still found it very fun to play against people in this manner.
I know there's MTGO and Cockatrice for Magic, and I'm curious if there exists a website similar to this where we can play Commander/EDH. I'm not a fan of Cockatrice at all, and I'm not in a financial situation where MTGO is a feasible option. Are there any other options?
Note My reason for disliking Cockatrice is I tried the program once, and found it very hard for me to understand the system. Like the text box for messaging the other player was hard for me to locate, much less work, and the cards came up so small for me it was just a very unpleasant experience. If someone wants to take me under their wing and show me how to Cockatrice so I can actually figure it out, be my guest. :)

I wouldn't mind helping you learn the program if not for one thing. I uninstalled it. I got sick of the bullshit and attitudes of a vast majority of the players, and when bullied/harassed by THREE mods, I said enough was enough and quit. I'm not going back to that god awful program, I don't care how free it is.

That's another thing I was worried about :/ On DuelingNetwork, people can be very poor sports...I was hoping that it was just that crowd that was like that...

and thats why the only people I play with on Cockatrice are people I actually know. But anyway you might be able to try forge, Idk if they have added PVP yet, but you can make and play decks with AI.

There is a download link on that page, and yeah I've had it for about a month and I haven't experienced any issues, and yes it's completely free.

On the page, under "About Forge" it says "Latest Beta of Forge". But anyway here is the download link, btw you will need 7zip or winrar to unzip the file.

I got the app on my computer now. I've been messing around with it and after a short while of not really knowing what to do, I do like this alot better than Cockatrice. The AI seems a bit derpy in multiplayer EDH but I can finally build a deck the way I want it to run and test it out against an opponent. Kinda fun playing against my other decks and not feeling mad for effectively playing against myself like I would if I were to do this in real life. Thank you for the suggestion! :)

I'm pretty sure untap.in allows for EDH play.
