Dimensions of oversized commander cards?

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the oversized cards you get in commander? I'm getting some mixed information. Also preferably in inches.
First time buying a commander set, and I'm not sure what storage is available. Would they fit in typical photo album pages?
Curses, that's 1 inch either side bigger than a standard photo.. it's going to be really awkward to store them!

there are card sleeves that you can buy for them as well and hard top loader sleeves.

Alonzo most binders have a pocket in the front but that depends on what kind you are using.

I keep them and the planes from planechase in a FTV:Realms box, it fits perfectly.

They were 3x5in. I just wiped some off for custom foil shenanigans
