Fine-Tuning My Ephara Deck

Hey all, I'm looking for a review and advice on my Ephara deck. It's a blink-value strategy, and it's actually pretty good at doing what it's supposed to do. The problem is that it can be pretty slow, especially in the early to early-mid game, likely due to the presence of a lot of 3 or 4 cmc cards in a color pairing that isn't known to ramp much. Because of that, I'd like some help fine-tuning it, trimming the fat to have a speedier deck without completely warping what it's supposed to be (e.g. I will not replace Ephara with Brago and won't convert this into a stax kind of deck).
