Saturday Night Modern results 1-2 Drop —April 1, 2017
Was an off night tonight. Sometimes you just can't get good draws and that happens with any deck.
Round 1 vs RG Monsters 0-2 lost
Lost game one to mana screw and then game two to a ridiculous sideboard that was targeting decks with counters. He 4 summoner's trap and 3 emrakuls. I turn two remanded his creature and he trapped an emrakul and I immediately lost.
Round 2 vs Merfolk 0-2 lost
Lost game one to another mana screw situation and couldn't find my wraths. and then game two mulliganed to 5 and kept a horrible hand out of frustration and lost very quickly.
Round 3 vs ? 2-0
This guy was new to modern and just was playing with the card he had. Won solidly then dropped the last two rounds.
