Trinisphere has been dropped for a few reasons; generally Static Orb is a better tutor target if you're going that route, Trinisphere is too slow as you need to drop it second main to get the best utilization of your turn, tapped Trinisphere down to open up your own Force/Pact/Counter Spell play is counter productive unless it's the turn before yours. All in all, better options to choose from.

So, great build.
However, answer me this.
What is so different about this deck list than any other cEDH mono-blue deck list that has ever been created? It's pretty much copy / paste and insert Urza as as commander. Where is the accomplishment? Where are you deriving the #1 stat from? Where are you getting your data from and what do you have to substantiate this claim?
