well, what are your arguments against the portent and your arguments for the warrior?
i think the possibility of an out right win by stealing their last creature, or their big bomb is really strong. in the right play, (like i said above), portent can be removal, or bomb, or evasion. we can easily steal a warrior with a lot of counters on it

Well, my main argument against Betrayal is how temporary it is. The situations you stated are far from reliable, especially its use as removal (literally giving the opponent a choice in blocking or not). Also, it's relying on our opponents having something good out there, which is something I'd like to not bank on.
Warrior's a permanent source of combat pain that gets better with investment. For what it is, it begs for a removal spell, otherwise becoming a healthy beast for the swinging. It's prone to much removal in the format, but if the opponent has the life padding that Betrayal can afford, it can have more impact on the overall game.

+1 Nylea's Disciple
Surprised to see any blue left. Anyway, as tempting as the Fate Foretold is, I'm not quite convinced we'll be running blue at all so far. Disciple is a solid body with a little immediate upside. The alternatives aren't exactly blowing me away.

+1 Fate Foretold
Although blue is only a potential colour now, we are about as likely to run it as we are to run green. Looking at these two, I'd rather take psuedo think twice over rather dull hill giant with lifegain.
Fate Foretold also helps to enable heroic if we get any good heroic cards on colour. Wavecrasher triton isn't a bad heroic dude, when all's said and done.

Green looks more open than blue. Hill giants go a long way to stopping the aggressive decks, and the lifegain helps as well.
If we go RU I don't like fate foretold because the red heroic dudes are not that great and on its own fate foretold is pretty meh.

I think we should stick to our colors, which I can safely say are red and green?

Close vote so far. Will thebeardedshuffler or dberg101 solidify the decision?
