Basic idea on these 2 changes are to have cheaper and more flexible removal.

Beseech the queen is great when you can use 3 black mana to cast it, but sometimes that felt really hard when your deck is like 75% green and my friend also pointed this out to me. Although we lose some tutoring flexibility i think it's worth it to have chance for multiple tutor times. After all Beseech the queen is great card and will find home from my mono black deck.
