A Tragic end to Fumigate —June 20, 2018

Fumigate never really lived up to what I had planned for it. The few times I actually cast it where it matter I got between 5-10 lives. Magical Christmasland is when people go wide and leave themselves open. This doesn't happen too often and even if the opportunity is there, it get's hosed by combat tricks.
Tragic Arrogance does the same thing, but better. It doesn't destroy but makes them sacrifice, circumventing indestructible effects. It hoses engine based decks by making them sacrifice key pieces. Plus it fills the gap that removing Cataclysm created. Combining it with Fall of the Thran creates a powered up Cataclysm where you decide what they keep and you can sacrifice Fall immediately.
