I would consider making the following changes for possible improvements:

  • Draining Whelk OR Deep-Sea Kraken / + Palinchron (for more infinite mana shenanigans)
  • Snow-covered Island / + Minamo, School at Water's Edge (you've got a lot of legendary creatures to abuse with this)
  • Dismiss / + Dream Fracture (easier to cast early on)
