I just played a game where I was drawing three cards a turn and never needed Reliquary Tower. Even with Necropotence in play I don't think I need it. If I can't figure out what my best 7 cards are then I'm doing it wrong.
Swamp comes in because I can always use more black sources.
I never really liked activating whip because I hate exiling creatures from my graveyard. A lot of the decks strength comes from the ability to reuse them more than once. The lifelink was nice sometimes, but never completely necessary.
Ravenous Chupacabra comes in to keep the curve the same and to give me more unconditional removal on a body. Vraska's contempt, Go for the Throat, and Noxious Gearhulk are also options for this spot.
