The Warping Wail experiment ended with medium success. I was able to counter a sorcery, but I also had a game where I drew it opening hand and never saw a colorless source to cast it. I'm not on board with a card where that's a possibility. It would be fun to get some people, but it's hit or miss on whether you're going to be able to counter something worthwhile, or if you'll even have the mana up to cast it. I thought 9 land plus 3 mana rocks would be good, but maybe it's not.
Price of Fame is coming in because it's another card I want to test. I like that this has no restrictions on what it can kill. I'm also into the fact that it's cheaper when targeting legendary creatures and it surveils on top of that. It's going to come down to how often I actually target a legendary creature, and if surveil is worthwhile. If I like surveil enough, I may consider Doom Whisperer too.
