Exsanguinate gets cut. Torment of Hailfire is just better in most cases when you can't make x = lethal. I also never really wanted to see more than one type of this card in a game. If I drew it early I was pitching it to Liliana and if I drew it late then it usually ended the game.
Liliana of the Dark Realms comes out. She's usually just an expensive Civic Wayfinder that I can't even sac to gain benefit from. I don't recall ever using her - ability and I've only gotten her emblem once.
Dread Return comes out because its the most expensive reanimation spell in the deck. I also don't always have a board presence to take advantage of it's flashback. I'm not all in on reanimation in the deck so cutting a copy of this effect is fine.
Bone Shredder comes out. It's clunky and restrictive on what it can kill.
Imp's Mischief, Warping Wail, and Withering Boon come in just because I want to try some different cards out. These are most likely not optimal, but I really want to get some people at my LGS.
Plaguecrafter comes in because I'm always up for an upgraded Fleshbag Marauder. With Boneshredder being cut, it also keeps the amount of creatures that sacrifice and cause Liliana to flip at the same number.
