The Tri/Mike combo was pretty cheesy and Triskelion is an awful draw on its own. I slotted up Nim Deathmantle which can still combo off with Grave Titan and Ashnod's Altar. It's also just a much better card on its own.
Razaketh comes out for Gonti. Razaketh is really powerful in theory, but even as an early reanimation target, I don't always have enough sac fodder to really take advantage of him. And if I'm not reanimating him he's no good as an early sac outlet. If I have 8 mana to pay for him and enough of a board presence to tutor up multiple things then I feel like it's win more. I could be undervaluing him, but I feel like he's a strictly worse Rune-Scarred Demon in this deck.
Noxious Gearhulk comes out for Duplicant. I'm not sure why I was never running Duplicant. The exile from imprint and the ability to get around indestructibility and protection is a straight upgrade to menace and the life gain.
