Since this deck has undergone some serious changes over the past 2 weeks, I feel proud to report that I went 4-0 yet agian!
Since this deck doesnt have spirit guides to enable a turn 1 kiln fiend the deck is slowed down by a turn or 2, but a turn 4 consistent win is always fun.
Tonight I faced Grixis control, R/G Tron, Colorless Eldrazi and Traditional Boros Burn.
Match 1 went to game 3. He cleanly abused me in game 1. This diminished my hopes and made me question why i spent the money on the upgrades. Game 2 rolled around and I ran through him waay to easily. At the end of the game, my board state was a 4/5 swiftspear and a 14/6 kiln fiend after pumping. He didnt have an answer and took lethal on turn 4. Rinse and repeat and you can paint a pretty picture of game 3.
R/G tron is way to easy of a matchup for any kind of burn deck. If they do not turn 3 karn, they lose. This is known. Easy win in 2.
Colorless eldrazi fell in 3 to this deck. Bolting mimics is fucking fun. Forcing cheap chump blockers and slamming for massive face damage is also really fun. After losing game 1 to a 5/5 endless one that wouldnt leave, i changed my gameplay to apply much more pressure rather than burning face. Leaving mana open for boros charms, helixs, and destructive revelries lead to a game 2-3 win.
Boros Burn was sorta difficult. That deck is just better. Eidolon started to really fuck him up when i started to throw huge creatures at him. Game 1 win. Game 2 i boarded in dragon's claw, and landed it turn 2. He decided to board in 3 of them and hit 2. He collected the win in game 2. Game 3 was a ringer. He was fetching and shocking and fefching and shocking. He widdled himself down to 13 before i started dealing damage. I dont know if he was trying to race me, but he made a big mistake. By turn 4, he was staring a 2 nacatls a vexing devil and 2 untapped lands. He had 4 life, so he decidex to conceded.
Tonight was a great night all around, and i am starting to take a huge appreciation for this deck. I think i will update each time i attend a tourny. I doubt my luck will be eternal, but either way, this deck is strong and fast.

This is so good man. I'm in the process of building this version right. I have most of what I need but I still have some missing pieces.
I LOVE the interaction with Vexing Devil as opposed to the typical Eidolon.
Great job being original.
+1 all day.
