Both serve a similar purpose. However, this deck is mana hungry as is and Vindicate always costing 3 mana is a bit much. Prismatic Ending is much more low to the ground and can solve bigger problems later if need be, as this deck is capable of producing all 5 colors. Losing the ability to hit lands hurts, but exiling instead of destroying is also nice. Plus, we have Wasteland to take care of problem lands now.
